To help you plan your schedules, we've posted the mission times for this game.

About HVZ:

Humans vs Zombies is a game of a massive scale. Designed to be anywhere from a single weekend to multi-week spanning games, it is played (mainly) on college campuses, with some games growing as large as 1000 people.

The basic structure of the game is a form of moderated tag. There has been a Zombie breakout on campus. The two teams, the Humans, and the Zombies, are represented by the players of the game. The Zombies' goal is to "convert" all humans before starving to death, and the Humans' goal is to survive the zombie outbreak.

Zombies attack humans by tagging them, and must "feed" on a human within a specific time, or they starve to death. Humans can defend themselves by shooting the Zombies with Nerf toys or balled up socks, which stun Zombies.

HVZ began at OSU in Spring 2008 and was played in Wilson Hall. It is now played across campus.

Happy hunting!
